All of our products are shipped UPS ground or USPS priority mail unless otherwise specified. The shipping amount calculated is an estimate only. If the shipping totals less than the estimate, we will refund you the difference between the actual shipping cost and the estimate. If the shipping costs more, you will not be charged more than the estimate. We do this to provide you with the most accurate cost possible at the time of purchase, and to save you money on shipping whenever possible. If you need other shipping arrangements, contact us and we will take care of your shipping request. Also, all shipping addresses must have a street address. If you choose UPS, PO boxes cannot be accepted because UPS cannot ship to a PO box.
Our engraving is 100% guaranteed to be accurate. We will replace any incorrectly spelled engraving that we are responsible for misspelling at no cost to you. In order to provide the best service to you, we ask that you double check all names, addresses, etc. when you place your order. We will engrave EXACTLY what you provide.
Because our products are customized to meet your needs, we are unable to offer returns or refunds on our products.
Any items damaged during shipment will be reimbursed by UPS or USPS through their claims department.
Almost all items will arrive at your doorstep 7-10 days from your order date. If circumstances dictate otherwise, we will contact you with an estimated time of arrival.
